THE TEAM
RAUB GLIATTA
||
General Manager & Guide

Raub grew up in northern Ohio bowhunting whitetail deer. It wasn't until his sophomore year of college that he recognized his passion for waterfowl hunting. He has shaped his life to fit that passion ever since.

Raub has worked in the waterfowl industry for nine years, guiding in Colorado, South Dakota, Nebraska and Saskatchewan. After his first season in Saskatchewan nearly seven years ago, he was hooked.

When not chasing birds around the Central Flyway, Raub spends his time training and testing competitive retrievers. It all goes hand-in-hand and he wouldn't have it any other way.
DANIEL AULT
Apprentice Guide

Dan was born in the San Joaquin valley of California and grew up hunting the famed Sacramento valley. His passion for all things hunting started with his dad who he lost at a very young age; he was a big game guide in the Northwest Territories and Wyoming and a well respected taxidermist. Dan started hunting the second he opened my eyes and his passion only grows stronger by the day!
He has been guiding full time for about three years, but has been involved with the industry for six years. Dan has worked in California, Arkansas, and Oklahoma, and has traveled the country competing in calling competitions.

In the off season, he jumps back and forth between an ironworker and a millwright, and on his days off you can find him in hisfloat tube with a bass rod in hand!
HUNTER CASSEL

Apprentice Guide
Hunter grew up in Milan, Ohio near the coast of Lake Erie. His dad introduced him to waterfowl hunting at the young age of seven and he's loved it ever since.
Hunter started with field goose and duck hunts before hunting over water with friends as he got older. To Hunter, there is just something awesome about watching dogs work and that’s one more thing that draws him in. When he's not waterfowl hunting, he also enjoys hunting whitetail deer. Hunter is a recent high school graduate who jumped on the chance to further his outdoor experience at QLO.
